We loved kayaking in the bay and riding our bikes downtown. This house is move in ready and has had so many upgrades throughout the last few years. All new windows, air conditioning, California shutters, enhanced attic insulation, a new pergola, garden boxes and extensive landscaping, front Composite Deck, Large Gate on Driveway, Bin Storage in backyard, and the addition of the garage and paving. It is so close to all the shops and restaurants downtown and only 10 minutes to Blue Mountains where they have events happening all year round. We certainly hope the new family loves this house as much as we do.
